After being captivated and inspired in Paris, painting has become my career and love. Whether landscape or portraits, and in whatever medium strikes me at the time, the creation of art has brought joy and challenged me at each turn.
These days, it is faces and figures that intrigue me the most. My oil paintings range from finely detailed likenesses to more painterly images that appeal to our intuitive natures. These works are balanced by occasional pieces that express my joy in the natural landscapes around us and studies of architectural elements within those scenes. At home in Santa Fe, I am reveling in the natural beauty of the area and the company of fellow artistsnourishes my art and being. I am showing my work at 7 Arts Gallery in Santa Fe, participating in juried exhibitions of national art organizations and accepting custom and commissioned work.
