This Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of any information you provide us when you purchase an item, sign up for information on our gallery or when you request that items be shipped or delivered to you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third parties that we do not own or control. Please note that by using or accessing our website, you are indicating your agreement to these policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
What We May Collect
We may collect names, addresses and email addresses for shipping items or on our guest book for those who want to stay in touch. We want to assure you that any data collected on this website is only used by 7 Arts Gallery and our associated artists with the sole intention of completing a purchase, communicating with you or shipping items. We use an email based newsletter management system and a reputable point of sale system, to process credit cards and do not store credit card numbers in any way.
When you have provided your affirmative consent such as by signing up for information on our email list, you can unsubscribe at anytime though contacting us or using the links provided on our communications. We only use your information to provide the services you requested and for our own records if required by law or by our service providers such as payment processing companies.
Information Security
We do our best to protect your data but no system is 100% foolproof. When you share your information with us, or on this website, you agree that 7 Arts Gallery and all associated artists are not responsible for any intercepted information, and you release us and all associated artists or service providers from any claims arising out of or relating to the use of this information.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and enforce any contracts usually for less than 7 years.

We store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. We rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as MailChimp is Privacy Shield certified.
